Dr. Albritton is Board Certified in Family Medicine and brings a broad range of knowledge and hands-on practical experience to the Dade City community. As a primary care physician, she helps her patients maintain wellness through preventive medical care and chronic disease management. She attended medical school at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania followed by her residency training at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Albritton is married with 3 children and enjoys horseback riding in her spare time.

Mark Roque, APRN-C is a certified advanced practice registered nurse committed to helping his patients understand diagnoses and chronic diseases and helps them practice preventative medicine. Mark believes it is crucial that we each take on the role of understanding and knowing our own health. Quality of life for his patients is always his first goal. Mark provides care for patients 5 years and older. His areas of focus include acute and chronic disease management, men health, preventative medicine,and school and sports physicals.

Sage Naran, MD, brings both primary care and urgent care experience to the Brandon community. He received his medical degree from Medical University of the Americas in Charlestown, Nevis in the West Indies, and completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Tennessee in Memphis where he was named 'Chief Resident' in 2009-2010.

Aileen Duran, ARNP-C is a certified advanced registered nurse practitioner committed to practicing medicine using a holistic approach. She provides care for patients of all ages, and her areas of focus include acute and chronic disease management, family planning, pediatrics, preventative medicine and women’s health. She is fluent in English, Ilocano, and Tagalog. Aileen enjoys hiking, photography, beach combing, cooking, baking and watching movies.

Ren Bernardo, MD is a board certified family medicine physician with nearly 2 decades of experience. He treats patients ages 12 and up. Dr. Bernardo's healthcare journey began with a bachelor's degree in nursing. After a decade of critical care nursing, he sought a medical degree so he could provide more comprehensive care to his patients.

Margaret Colleran, MD is a board certified physician with over 20 years of experience in internal medicine. Dr. Colleran offers a wide range of medical services that help patients ranging from completely healthy to those with multiple medical conditions. Her areas of focus include diabetes management, cardiac and pulmonary diseases, digestive disorders and preventative care. She treats patients ages 18 and older.

Myron Kwan, MD is a board certified internal medicine physician with over 30 years of experience. He specializes in providing whole person care with a focus on adult preventive medicine, diabetes management, geriatric medicine and acute and chronic disease management. Dr. Kwan sees patients ages 18 and up.

Craig Martin, MD is a board certified and fellowship trained cardiologist and has been practicing for nearly 4 decades. He is skilled in all aspects of adult cardiology and treats patients 18 years and older.

Jeffrey Wartman, MD is a board certified physician with more than 3 decades of extensive experience in internal medicine. His areas of focus include asthma, hypertension and lipid management. He treats patients 18 and older. Dr. Wartman is an Aviation Medical Examiner capable of providing FAA Airman Physicals.

Jaima Woodiwiss, MD is board certified and has been practicing family medicine for nearly two decades. She offers thorough, personalized care to patients ages 12 and older.

John Cameron, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant with 2 decades of extensive experience in family medicine. John has incorporated a strong focus on whole-person care and provides comprehensive management of acute and chronic conditions including but not limited to diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and osteoporosis. John treats patients ages 12 and up.

Debra Hastings, APRN-C is a certified advanced practice registered nurse committed to treating patients as a whole throughout their life, thus allowing her to treat patients with chronic and preventive illnesses while improving a patient's health literacy through education. Debra's grandmother was a nurse and as a young child she knew she wanted to become a healthcare provider. Her areas of focus include acute and chronic illness management, annual physicals, preventative medicine and women's health. Debra treats patients 12 years and older.

Gary Woodiwiss, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant with extensive experience in family medicine providing quality healthcare for patients ages 12 and up. He delivers whole person care and has a special interest in dermatology, minor procedures, men's health, ortho injections and all aspects of preventative health care.

Andrew D. Tagle, APRN, is a certified advanced practice registered nurse committed to helping his patients understand chronic illness diagnoses and helps them practice preventative medicine. He provides a full range of services including the management of acute and chronic conditions, annual wellness visits, injuries and illnesses, and men's health. Andrew's first priority is optimizing his patients quality of life. He treats patients ages 12 and up.

Ryan B. Silverstein, MPAS, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant dedicated to providing whole-person care. Christopher Lay, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician who provides quality medical care with a focus on acute and chronic disease management, and men’s health. Dr. Lay treats patients 18 and older and he is passionate about preventive medicine, diabetes management, geriatric care, hypertension management and mental health care. Claudette Williams, APRN has been practicing for over two decades. She provides comprehensive care to patients ages 12 and up, and specializes in preventative medicine, women’s health, and adolescent medicine.
